NORTH & NORTHEAST COLORADO SPRINGS / POWERS

The Northeast is filled with a mix of well-established and new neighborhoods. This is an area of rapid growth filled with schools, parks and trail systems. Many of the home sites in this area have spectacular mountain views. The area is bordered by US 24 on the south and Interstate 25 on the west.

Briargate/Pine Creek
This is a very large residential area in the northern part of the city. Pine Creek, Charleston Place, Fairfax, and Summerfield are neighborhoods that are still expanding and other neighborhoods in Briargate are more mature.

Claremont Ranch/Cimarron Hills
This section of the community is located on the eastern edge of Colorado Springs just north of Peterson Field AFB.

Norwood
Many consider this to be one of Colorado Springs’ finest Master Planned Communities. Located Northeast of Vickers and Flintridge this community has winding streets and private cul-de-sacs and over 200 acres of parks.

Stetson Hills/Springs Ranch
This area is located east of Powers Boulevard and South of Barnes Road. The Master Plan included a roadway system that provided easy access to shopping and community services and I 25 on the north and south of Colorado Springs, specific and unique landscaping, bicycle and hiking trails, privacy fencing along major roadways and strict architectural controls on the elevations of homes. Stetson Hills/Springs Ranch has become one of the fastest developing areas of the city. top

Wasson
This area includes several established subdivisions, Northglen, Highland Park, Palmer Park, Century Heights and Audubon Gardens, built 20-40 years ago. top

Village Seven
Building started in this area in the early 1970’s. The area is well established with mature trees, parks, common areas, neighborhood shops and excellent views of the Front Range. top

Villa Loma
A very desirable area with mountain views, large lots and prices from $150,000 to $250,000 located between Rustic Hills and Village Seven and on the eastern edge of Bridlewood. top

Garden Ranch
This area offers a wide choice of homes set on tree covered rock outcroppings. Most of the houses in this area were built in the 1970's. Many of these homes are large and in custom areas. top

Old Farm
This is a popular neighborhood with most homes 20 year old or newer. The location just north of Village Seven and Barnes Road makes it one of the more accessible areas serving downtown.

Erindale
Pulpit Rock, Yorkshire and Erindale Heights are all in this area. The homes are built in neighborhoods that include hills, bluffs and valleys and an abundance of pine trees and beautiful views of the city and Front Range. top
