The boundaries of
the Southeast area of Colorado Springs are just south of Platte
Avenue, east of Circle Drive and west of Powers Boulevard. Academy Boulevard
allows residents of this area to have easy access to many desirable
shopping and restaurant centers. Fountain Boulevard is used to get to
I-25.
Park
Hill
The homes in Park Hill are smaller, mostly ranch, style homes from
20-35 years old, located south of Platte Avenue and west of Academy
Boulevard.
Eastborough
Adjacent to Park Hill on the east side of Academy Boulevard, this neighborhood
is a subdivision offering homes 20 to 30 years old as well as several
multi-family apartments.
Gateway
Park
Adjacent to and just east of the Airport. A typical home in this area
is 15 to 30 years old. Some new homes are now being constructed.
Southborough
Located south
of Gateway Park. Homes in Southborough are generally less than 20
years old.
