This Southwest

Skyway, Ivywild and Stratton Meadows are subdivisions that contain picturesque

Broadmoor
This is considered by many to be the most prestigious
of all Colorado Springs residential neighborhoods and contains
several million dollar, fifty plus year old estates. New "vintage" homes
and modern homes can be found in this area. The Five Star Broadmoor
Hotel and Restaurants are located here.
Cheyenne
Hills & Cheyenne Meadows
Townhouse villages, established neighborhoods, track homes and custom
homes can be found in this area. Single family homes in Cheyenne Hills
and Cheyenne
Meadows and the Mesas Foothills and Valleys. Custom homes can be found
in the Broadmoor Bluffs, Broadmoor Hills and Broadmoor Mesa area. Few
established neighborhoods anywhere enjoy a standard of living as high
as in Cheyenne Mountain Ranch. top

Located at the base of Cheyenne Mountain directly west of Ivywild,
this area has spectacular views of the Garden of the Gods, the
Front Range and downtown Colorado Springs.The area contains a nice

This is a neighborhood of smaller homes built between 1960 and 1975
